History

ORW EQUITY PARTNERS was founded by Quincy Toston, a leading real estate investor from the Saint Louis & Kansas City, Missouri area. Quincy has seen all sides of the real estate business, having worked in both real estate investor, general contractor and as a mortgage broker. Quincy maintains the highest standard of rehabilitation and management in all of his properties, whether for sale or rentals, and he has the drive and ambition to make the most of the real estate boom and help you, the investor or customer, reap the rewards, too. His dedicated team of professionals all around the nation share that same dream and drive, and bring to the table dozens of years of experience in the real estate industry.


Quincy Toston has been in real since 2000 and worked in various functions as it relates to finance, real estate investment firms and the sales industry. These functions include conducting face to face sales, over the phone sales, and internet sales. I have experience in processing loans in addition to personally buying and selling residential properties. He obtained certification in mitigation for foreclosures, short sales and tax sales for Global Equity Lending and American Home Lending from 2005 to 2008. That being said it's helped him to have vast knowledge and experience of the various concepts relating to effective marketing, advertising, and merchandising. I have provided exceptional leadership roles that demonstrated my ability to drive results while working effectively with both customers and underwriters.
